When officers were sent to check it out they never saw anything or anyone. And then one year the highway department decided to make the old highway into a four Lane highway. On the exact spot where the wrinkled face old man was reported to have stood was found a very old human skeleton, a dog skeleton, an extremely rusted old shotgun and a small rusted iron pot filled with old coins.
Six of the coins were gold coins. This proves to me that when you

die, you can't take it with you in spite of the fact that some people do try.

On or about 1 am in the early morning in on Milwaukee ave northbound just south of touhy ave, the bars were letting out and there must have been about 4 or 5 people getting ready to get in their cars along side the road.
A bit further down the road, we both saw a man about 6' tall, with a tan tweed English cap, a black leather jacket, dark pants. He started to run erratically along the cars south bound, as if he was scared.
As he approached our car, he reached out to smack it. By then we were driving quite slow. I could see an outline of an arm (it happened so fast) for a second within the car. At the time, I thought I had just imagined the arm, and that this person was real and his arm had smacked the car.
