I firmly believe that Oak Lawn has some ties to ghosts. I am convinced my home is haunted. I live off of 102nd and Buell Ct. In an old home built in 1958. Since we moved here in 2007 I have seen and heard many things in this house. I am not the only one who has witnessed these accounts. We see doors open on their own, water faucets turn on on their own, (lights and TV turns on on its own. Our water bills and electric bills are crazily high too. One night

I had left around 6:00 pm, and my son and his friends were home. They heard me call out my son's name, and they even told him ''your mom is calling you.

'' He looked, and it was not me because I had left.
Another night around 3:00 am he heard me call his name and got up to look, but I was fast asleep (I don't talk in my sleep. ) A week later I heard him yell ''mom!'' and he was not even home. Sometimes we heard footsteps or running in the hall, and no one was there. We heard laughing and groan, and no one was there. A guest of mine took off running when he heard whispers in his ear. Things went missing
