On University st around 1 am in the summer of 2009 I saw the bottom half of a person running south alongside the road. Yes I only saw legs.... No top half at all!!! I was born and raised here and have heard that the city has a few haunted spots but never expected to see something like that so out in the open...
To this day I still doubt rather I really saw that but my boyfriend at that time saw it too!!.

One night my dad had just got done working on our car so he wanted to drive around the neighbr hood andit was about -20 out so nobody was outso as he was driving he saw like a mass in the road so he turned on his fog lights and he saw a girl on a bike in a big pink strapless 180 dress with no shoes or any thing.

My dads company transfered him to Peoria Illinois. We moved into an old house which was nice and in a good location. All of us liked the house well and wanted to live there for a long time. After getting settled in the house we started working in the yards.
There was a bare spot in the backyard where we couldn't get grass to grow. I looked out my window late one night and there was a ghost or a spirit standing in the bare spot area. My dad refused to believe me.
