Me and a buddy of mine were driving back from Chili's around 2:30 am, and right before you come to the Wooden Pavilion at the bottom of Grand View there is a notch on the side of the road with stairs that goes up to God knows where? We were doing about 50, and driving around the bend. As it bends right, we came upon the notch in that notch, and there was a ten-foot white floating mass. I have goose bumps. Its back was facing toward us. It was looking in the woods.
When the headlights hit it it snapped its head over its sheet foggy looking shoulder and shot us. It was the scariest face you could ever imagine; it was evil. I'm a 6'4 - 250 cut - 30 - year old. I don't get scared easily, and all I can say is I'm thankful we were in a car doing 50. I couldn't believe what I saw, so once it sank in I asked my friend a couple of miles down the road ''did you see that?'' He looked at me and said calmly ''what that ghost? '' I believe now! They are real, and they are out there.

I lived on Saratoga in Peoria, Illinois the house is haunted by an old white woman... I saw her walking head down from the living room to the kitchen. I was so scared I couldn't move or scream... I used to hear people talking downstairs only to find no one awake but me and to be run back upstairs by something...
My whole family had many of encounters in the house....

I live on Prospect in one of the older homes.... At night our house is ''alive'' so to speak. You can feel a presence of a dark nature, hear sounds that shouldn't be there, and see shadows moving. Our home used to be a funeral home so it can explain why when my parents redid the house they found stuff in the walls like dolls and things...
