When I went to Plainfield Academy in P Step I went into the basement of the school, and doors slammed shut. The lights were flickering on and off and mysterious laughing noises and singing.

Does anyone know the story behind the farm on 119th Street? Me and my friends went exploring there and saw the abandoned barns house and cars. Looks pretty creepy and I'm curious as to why all their belongings were left behind.

Comment by Nunya: I've actually been inside that house with my friends! I don't know where the family is now but I know they were kicked out due to shady property management. I also heard it might've been gang related as well though.
But who really knows how deep shady property management company's go? I also learned that said company was shutdown by the u. S. Government for tax evasion and other dubious business tactics. My friends and I explored the entire property and all inside the house.
We recovered a number items from various rooms in the house including an axe a 70s High School year book and a Dr. Pepper themed analog clock. The more we looked around the more apparent it was that there were or had been quite disturbing acts of violence committed at one time within the house.
A single chair placed in the center of one of the many second story rooms. Blood stained rope laying on the floor around the chair. An excess amount of rope in the same room in a closet. And in the basement spotlights and a table in the center with rope laying around the room in various locations.
All wires in the room were cut so there were no lights. We used an iPhone flash light to explore the basement and noticed a frankly creepy passage way that I'm guessing used to be a coal shoot? But it was big enough for a person to walk through.
It was pitch-black and deep and there were literally spiders the size of my hand on the wall but me and one of my friends pressed on down the passage and around the corner. A wooden door was at the end of this passage.
This is probably one of the creepiest places I've ever been to. Pitch black with just a flashlight... Sam and I opened the door (it was tough! ) and what we found we're still not quite sure. It appeared to be an underground room but it could've been a tunnel there was no way of really knowing.
You could tell the walls and the floors were made of earth though but when I shined the light into the room it was still just black... Which leads me to believe it's either a very large underground room or a tunnel...
We didn't go in because potential contamination in the air or even animals living down there. So we turned back and left eventually. That was my experience with that property. My advice is if you do for some reason decide to check it out go with friends and use common sense.
