If you enter Rinard, there should be two house right against each other. One of them (the tallest) was a doctor's office/hospital. The other was a dentist office. My mom and I hear running a man in boots walking. We have had a sighting of a little girl in a white dress with long dark hair growling. Power is going out at certain times. No hot water. We have a house next door that has been not occupied for quite some years. We constantly hear the footsteps of what seems to be a heavy person stomping down the stairs. I encourage all to come visit this place and see for yourself.
