The old farm house on Rock City road just down the hill from the old cheese factory is haunted. The tale is an old man (never married) lived there alone and farmed there for years. He died. Dale bennihoff and terry(his son) buy the farm(again not sure when) and use it as a rental and farm the land.
My family lived there for 9 or so years. The boys shared a bedroom at the end of the hallway to the left and the girls shared a bedroom to the right. Our

parents had the bedroom at the top of the stairs.
One night all 4 of us kids woke up and saw an old man staning looking into the boys room than turned

and looked in on the girls. He placed his finger over his lips as to not make noise. He turned and walked down the hallway and looked in on our parents.
Then turned and looked down the hallway at all 4 of us children and put his finger over his lips again turned and walked down the stairs.
