I lived at the Great Oaks Apartment complex in the early 1990s. I had an upstairs apartment with a clear view of the rental office and the lawn surrounding it. One hot summer night, as I was sleeping with the window open, I woke up to a very loud car right outside my window. I could not remember the exact time, but it was about 3 am. What I saw was this beautiful blonde lady in a blue flowing dress. She was out in the yard by the rental office. At first, I did not think much of it until she moved.
