The old Rossville-Alvin grade school/Circle Academy has had some strange occurrences. The sounds of glass breaking, banging on lockers, and scratching on the walls are often witnessed before during and after the school day. Staff have witnessed the sound of footsteps in the hall when there is no one out there. Toys have moved off shelves. The building was built in the 1960s. I’m curious to know what happened either in that building or on that site
