Today I went walking in a newly purchased area of the Grant Forest Preserve. The land was formerly know as Utopia. It was said to be owned by a couple and that the wife had been murdered there. I was trying to figure out where the house was formerly located when I felt like someone was watching me.
I left the area and continued to walk the path to the main path. As I was walking back to my car I again had to travel through the knee high grass where I believe the house once stood. As I was walking through the grass I felt an ice cold breeze on my lower legs.
As soon as I walked over the cement bridge I was completely warm again. I felt like something was trying to let me know or remind me of what had happened there. If anyone has any info on this area or has the same experience in this area I would be interested.
