We didn't get a close look but he appeared to be dressed in dark brown raggedy clothes. We guessed him to be about 6'8'' or more. We went back a few days later and measured a branch that he had been standing next to to get the size.
As in the other story here he had a ghostly look. It was almost as though we could see through him at times. He just kept looking up and down the creek bank sometimes pacing back and forth a bit.
We saw him walk

behind some brush and he was just gone. We were too afraid to try to follow him into the woods. I don't think he saw us hiding. But he did turn suddenly

once and look right at the area we were in and scowl.
He was probably about 60 feet from us. We were afraid to tell our parents about him or that we had been there. After that we always referred to him as the Saunemin ''giant man'' ghost. We snuck back there over the years and found some giant footprints in the mud along the creek but never saw him again.
