My mom and dad were laying down to go to bed when on the baby monitor they heard a little girl say mommy three times in a sing song voice. I wasn't old enough to talk and no one else was in the house.
Another time my mom asked my dad if the front door was locked. He got up and walked to the door. Locked it, pulled on it to make sure it was locked then turned around to walk away he only got three steps before he heard the door unlock and swing open

when no one was at the door with a key and it was only my dad and mom in the house.
