I'm just trying to locate the right source or pathway to find out a history of what was at the current property on Rachael Lane in Waterloo. Our house was built in 1999. My entire family believes the location is haunted.
All kinds of weird things have happened there. Not to me until over the weekend I clearing heard strange noises from the basement. Please give me some direction/contacts – thank you. Ken Johnson.
