In the Elementary side of Lewis and Clark the bathroom lights randomly shut off toilets flush out of nowhere every so often you can hear voices. And recently you can see a figure which kind of looks like a janitor, and carries a bucket and a mop and roams the hallways and papers will fly off the desks and other objects get flung about.
Once a year when I was there all the power would turn off once every 3 months or so and from my knowledge and asking they

couldn't find any links like fuses or too much energy being used etc. And in one of the ground floor mirrors you can see a person with what looks like

cuts all over her body. That's all I can write right now because I need to sleep.

My school Wood River Harford Elementary district #15 when you go in the bathrooms the stall doors slam open and shut and the water shuts on and off it's really creepy.
