My grand parents live in East Alton right next to Wood River. I have to say these two little towns are definitely roaming with spirits and ghosts. I've felt them and heard them being around in Wood River and in East Alton where my grand parents live is a different story, the ghosts and spirits are all over the place in my grand parents home!.

My best friend Raleigh and I were at my house and I saw a black figure of a man come out of nowhere and disappear right behind her! The only people in my room were me and her!.
