I know there are at least two ghosts in that house if not more, and I'm glad to say that I don't live there anymore. The house was over 100 years old, and no one knows the history, and not to mention the house looks like your stereotypical scary haunted house.

Off Crestwood on my street, Eastridge Drive one night at sunset 4 dogmen ran through our yard making the most hideous sounds I'll never forget it! Light bulbs exploded at my house (it was brand new when we moved in 1994). We also heard a little girl laughing one night with my sister. A black shadow/smoke was over me one night. I always felt like something was watching me at that house. Come to find out Ark city was built over the 2nd largest native heritage site.

We lived in a house on North 12th Street. This house is haunted by a little girl. One will only see her in the hallway near the bedroom on the right. She is usually wearing a long night gown that one might see worn during the prairie days. The little girl never leaves the hallway. All she does is come out at night, stand in the hallway, and then leave.

My mom works at a bar down on 8th. It's right next to a funeral home. The workers there have said they've seen stuff and always feel like they are not alone, or feel another presence when alone. The most commonly sighting is of an old lady. One day me and my cousin went with my mom to go clean up the bar when they were closed. While we were cleaning, my cousin went to the bathroom. While I was waiting for her I was just fixing my hair in the mirror, and I thought I saw my mom in the dark corner of the kitchen to my left. I didn't think anything of it. Then just a couple of seconds later my mom came up to my right and asked me for something. I was startled because I just saw her in the kitchen. It wasn't her. After that day, there have been many other sightings of the same woman.
