refuses to go inside my house. The old man has made his presence known to both my sons, especially when they get new toys . The ones that look like navy ships are his favorite.
We did do some looking up on the history of the house and found out that the previous owner died in the house and was a WW2 vet. Older neighbors have told us that he loved the farm house and was very protective of it.
All and all we have accepted the old man and have

no reason to fear him.

We live in a house that has a visitor too. It is the old man that used to own it. He is very harmless but likes things a certain way... . Sometimes you can hear him stomping upstairs . And anytime my brother comes over he gets very upset and stomps even more.
My brother had the house and tore it up which makes the old man very angry when he comes around.

In our apartment we have heavy boot footsteps. We have woken up to the sound of dishes being washed (yes it sounds like water running and being disturbed in our dish pan). I have gone to make sure that the doors were locked and I swear I saw a man in a cowboy hat staring right at me.
