There is no ghost in the Alpha Chi house although the big old house can be creepy at times and I never heard of any ghost being invited to and then staying at the Phi Mu house. I lived in the back hallways both upstairs and down in the AXO house.
However I experienced a paranormal incident at the Sig Ep house just over 30 years ago. There was no one with me to corroborate it, but it was quite convincing since I found no one else in the basement

at the time it occurred.
I never had anything like that happen before, and it was quite frightening. Nothing was seen but there were audible footsteps

and doors opening/closing. I thought I would scare the person who had come down into the laundry room but there was no one there, and I was the one who was scared.

Parmenter hall has a very distinguishing tower. It was the building actually built on the baker University campus and is listed on the national register of historic places. It is said to be haunted by at least two ghosts one is that of a Union soldier that walks in the tower at the top.
