I lived in a house built in 1906 on Willow in Coffeyville. The house next door was very fancy and all brick. We could look out our windows on see a face looking out the 3rd floor window of the brick house.
A husband wife and little boy lived in the house at the time and the third floor was unfinished. There was nothing on the third floor and yet some nights we could see a figure sitting in a chair looking out the third floor window.

Comment by Amber: I own a brick house in Coffeyville, KS. I was told that story about the old man. I believe that is my house. Does any one have any more info on that I would really like to know more.
