Upon reading about Anubis and his position in the afterlife I came to a peace within me about why I never have ghost experiences like others. I can't stand the thought that persons don't know an immediate way above or below. To leave ''spirits'' without that real order or guidance is a why many say it's all in YOUR head.

I went to school at Cloud County Community College for 2 years and some of the things that happened to me while I was in that town I will NEVER forget. Dorm #7 on campus has something in it that likes to slam and lock our doors. I can't tell you how many times I was locked out of my private room while all 3 of my roommates and myself were in our common room/kitchen. It also loved to knock on our back windows. The back of our dorm was underground and my roommates Sarah, Sam and I ALL had just an emergency window in our room unlike Kenzie who had three open windows because she was in the front of our dorm. No one could just knock on our windows without us hearing the emergency door loudly squeak open. That's just building #7 on campus.
It's said that part of the old cemetery (which is located directly next to the campus) had been dug up and bodies were moved to make room for the new dorms. I moved dorms my second semester thinking it would be better (less haunted) only to find out they stuck me in building #14 which was the closest dorm to the cemetery. At night you can see a woman in white standing next to the cemetery fence. She never bothers anyone. She just wanders along the fence and then disappears. There is also an elk or maybe a deer? Not really sure on which it is, but a statue of an elk or a deer in the cemetery that moves. It will be facing one direction during the night, but will be facing the other way either a few hours later or the next morning. There's also an apparition of a tall shadow man that we call the grounds keeper. You can't see his face. He's just a dark coal black shadow, but he carries a lantern and walks the grounds. We've wandered into the cemetery at night, but I don't suggest it. We have seen orbs that float 20 feet from us and lights that flash and turn on all on their own next to graves. I have been touched, pushed, and had my hair pulled. On one occasion two of the people with me had been scratched (one down their back and the other down the inside of their leg. ) I myself had something literally try to pass through my body. It was like whatever it was walked right through me like I wasn't even there.
I will NEVER go back into that cemetery at night again. I had nightmares for nights on end. I was so shaken the night it happened that I couldn't even sleep in my own dorm because it was too close to the cemetery for me. On a lighter note the Brown Grand Theater an Opera House is also haunted, but it's nothing harmful. One likes to mess with ladies but never has hurt anyone. The other is said to be the old owner of the old theater' son who oversaw the construction in 1907.

Comment by Cloudproud2014: As someone born in Concordia and got out, came back later in life, I know all about this town. Did I mention that I do Ghost/Paranormal investigations? Not sure where to begin with everything that is wrong with your story. That is all that; it is a story. Let's start with the bodies being moved to build the dorms part -- Never happened. The Pleasant Hill Cemetery is where a great deal of my family is buried at. My family was here before it was even a town back in the day. The Cemetery never went past the cedar trees behind the art/industrial buildings. That is the property line for the College and the cemetery. Blosser used to own the land the school sits on and refused to sell that little bit of land to the cemetery. But the school came around first in 1968, so he took the cash and ran with it leaving the cemetery the way it is. It's just under half full at this time.
