I have lived in Douglass all my life and I never heard one ghost story or heard of a haunted house until a man killed his wife and himself in a house on Hwy 77. I met the granddaughter and she told me the house was haunted.
Well before that the neighbor girl who was a friend of my niece said she saw ghosts after the deaths. I then lived next to that house and saw nothing.
