We lived in the infantry barracks during ILE. The day we moved in my wife had a panic attack, and she would get them every day until the day we left. She had breakdowns where she couldn’t function in the house, but when we left the attacks would ensue. I blew it off initially. However, as time went on I would hear things. One night my wife woke me up in a panic attack. She swore she heard someone talking. I got her calmed down just long enough to

hear what sounded like a child crying uncontrollably and a mother’s voice trying to console her. It was coming through the vents in the floor.

neighbors were all out of town then since it was during a holiday. After that I started hearing things like doors slamming and running across the hardwood floors; you name it. Icing on the cake was the shadow I saw walking through the hallway after being woken up by my daughter's door slamming shut. I thought it was her until I followed the shadow calling her name, and it went through the hall and through the front door even though the door was shut. I went
