Huebner and Williston Point Road the first curve coming from Huebner. If you walk back from that curve, there is an old range that is over grown with weeds. This is the area supposedly where the soldier shoot the NCO. So while on midnight shift, me and another patrol were sitting on Williston Point Road, one facing east one facing west. As we looked down the road, we observed to be a glowing figure standing near the road. As we set there with only

the marker lights on, the figure was getting bigger as it was moving towards us. I asked the other patrol to turn around and see if he saw what I saw,
|
and he acknowledged that he did. The figure seemed to be walking up the road and coming closer. It looked to be floating. I turned to the other patrol, and he looked at me, and I said again ''do you see what I see?'' And he said ''yes. '' We turned on all the lights and overheads and bugged out the opposite way. As I looked in the rearview mirror, the image shot into the air and disappeared.
