I know for sure there are ghosts at Fort Riley. I was stationed there from 2000 -2002. I lived in the hoc barracks. Always felt like someone was watching. One night I fell asleep watching a movie and I had a sleep paralysis episode.
I couldn't move or make a sound but I could see the room clearly. Some hooded man walked in the room and sat at the edge of my bed and stared at the floor for a moment while I was trying to scream for help to wake up and then the thing turns toward me and started pulling my legs to pull me off the bed.

I finally somehow got out of the paralysis I was in and sat straight up in bed sweating and gasping for air. And another different time I was sleeping and woke up to being held down and choked by an unseen presence.

Many of the buildings, barracks, and housing had spooky feels to them. I know for sure that fort is haunted.
