There's a cemetery, a small one at Union Chapel, and I was messing around with my phone recorder, and at Mary's grave I said, ''Hello Mary.'' I played it back, and I heard nothing, but my aunt caught it very faintly. She heard a girl say, ''Yes, I am Mary.''.

I know that there is a lot of sightings and probably ghosts here in Galena but trust me I know 9 people buried in Oak Hill. I go there every month we even have been there Halloween night because one of my family members was there so we went to take her stuff down.

It's not haunted. If you want haunted go visit some of the old downtown buildings where ghost hunters have investigated.

Comment by Gage: I have gone up there to Oak Hill Cemetery on Friday the 13th at midnight and nothing much happened out of the ordinary. I spent a good 2 hours walking around. Went into the mausoleum and tried to find the witch grave and all that happened was my camera shut off and I heard a weird noise that's it.
I heard to go up there during the witching hour at 3:33 late at night and head to the very back to find the witch grave then things will happen. I'm going up there again soon at 3:33 on a full moon and post results of what's gone on.
