I'm sure my apartment on S Jefferson is haunted. I've heard knocking on walls seen things move and have smelled perfume. I feel like I'm being watched. Plus I feel sick there and have since I moved in.

Last night we had a weird encounter with a man at 12:20 pm, my uncle was sitting on the couch and we had just got done watching a scary movie. It just ended when he saw lights. He went outside and there was a man at the porch, his pants were ripped and he was bloody. He handed my uncle his phone saying he was in a car accident and he needed his phone charged so my uncle came in and plugged his phone in.

He then went back outside and asked the guy why he wasn't going to the hospital. He didn't say much, all he said was I can't. So he took his phone and was on his way again.. A few hours later my dad was awake, and around 2:45 he heard a soft knock on the door he went to the door and saw a black figure standing there. He opened the door, it was a woman telling him that her brother had been in a terrible car accident. My dad said she was wearing a giant sun hat, and it was pulled over her face and she wasn't really wearing modern wear either. She told him she was a RN and she had to hurry and leave. My dad said as he went to go get his light he came back and she had found his phone and lighter on the porch. My dad said she talked in kind of a monotone voice and she was pale, and when he shook her hand it was ice cold. She was a younger lady.
She was nice and understanding. My dad said she stayed and talked for a few mins, she shook my dad's hand. Said thank you and disappeared around the corner. My dad noticed she had gone towards our cars, he immediately went to the drive way and she was gone. There were no cars pulling out, we suspect she was a ghost. There is no report of a car accident. If you know of anywhere this has happened please comment.
