I was with my best friend in the darkness, blowing sparks that I could see the light on his face. Then when it was his turn, not only did the sparks reveal our two faces, but a third of our age. We ran screaming from the darkness, down the stairs, and out the front door. No one could explain that away.
It was just so clear. The last big event was the séance that my sister convinced us to do. Trying to contact the spirits of the house. We hung a cross off

the dining room chandelier (being told that a malevolent spirit would make the cross spin. ) The cross not only started to spin but began to make small

circles. We stopped the séance. Then a few more minor events happened till we moved away. My mother always said it was the imagination of children, but all three of us children (now grown-up) still talk about that house.

I am now thirty-eight. This sighting took place near Junction City, KS in a place called Grand View Plaza. My mom was temporarily renting a trailer from a friend after separating from my dad before we moved into our home in Manhattan, KS. The trailer we stayed in was the last trailer at the end of the street, situated right next to the woods. It was a bit creepy, and I always wanted my window closed at night as the woods were situated adjacent to my window. My room was rather small and narrow with a closet directly across from the head side of my bed. When I slept on my left side the closet doors were right there seemingly less than three feet away. I always asked my mother to close the window out of fear that someone may crawl in even though it was far from ground level. Something about that place just made me feel uneasy, and I could not figure it out.
