I grew up in the house on 42x S. Reed ave. There were shadow figures on the second floor and the basement. My father put cardboard on the basement windows because he saw shadows and thought people were peeking through the windows.
The main floor was less active than the other two but had a woman there I would see once in a while. Looking back she may have been residual. My parents ended up divorcing while we lived there. I still remember how happy I

was to get out of that house.
More weird stuff went on there than I have time to write about. Fifty years later I can remember that hell hole like

it was yesterday. I often wonder if there is still activity in that old house. I see pictures of the house on google maps and it makes me shudder.

I used to live in a house that is still haunted in Lyons by a school. We will hear and see things and they would just stare at me and my brothers and sister. Then we found out that a lady killed herself in my bedroom there, and there was an old man and an old lady and a kid but no one told us what happened with the kid and old man.
