I grew up in a home on S, Hickory, the big half brown/half tan ''twin house''. The amount of creepy things they happened there were endless. The first thing I remember happening was old objects appearing (skeleton keys an original edition of little women) in the window seat boxes. The attic was locked by the landlord, and we didn't own the key (not a skeleton key) because he had his family heirlooms stored in there.

randomly, and my mom and siblings were brave enough to explore. It was creepy stuff to say the least. There was a portrait of a mean looking woman at

the top of the stairs who scared me enough that I never went up there.
One night I was in bed sitting up talking to two figures floating in front of me, the ''woman in white'' and an old man. I remember talking to them but not feeling scared, however, to this day it creeps me out. My mom felt a cat in bed next to her once. We didn't have a cat. You would hear people going up and down the hallway at night and regularly see a woman in a gown going
