We lived on N. Quail Creek Road in Peabody, KS for eight years. Looking south from the dining room windows in the winter time we could see lights down in the woods. We always thought they were the neighbors. The electricity went out during an ice storm several years back. We were staring out the windows at night because there was nothing else to do. We noticed the lights coming closer then splitting up into three different colors and dancing all through

the trees. We saw them every winter after that. Everybody that looked could see them. The lights would change colors get brighter and darker and float

all through the trees.
We looked several times for an explanation and never found any tracks even after a snowstorm. The last night in the house the lights formed into one big light as big as the light on a train. It came closer and closer to the house. It came so close the inside of the house was lit up like the Sun. I was so scared I screamed. It disappeared when I screamed. South of the house on the creek was a spring. This spring seemed
