Comment by Dennis: Yes there is at Besse Apts. Also at old high school and Fox Theater as I got them in countryside drive and 210 West Jefferson and 701 Normel st as Jefferson Street and College Street a girl was caught on second floor now up for sale.

I lived on east 22nd Street from 95 to 97, my cousin Curtis stayed over every weekend so he witnessed this stuff as well. On many occasions we would be in the kitchen, the water would turn on full blast, hot and cold water. Also we would be listening to the radio with our girlfriends when the radio would turn up all the way. These things happened at least 3 times a week, but this is the small things that would happen on a school night. I was going to bed, walked into my room sat down on my bed, in the dark a foggy spirit appeared right in front of me. I stood up immediately swung 3 times at it, my fist went right through it. It came right at me, into me, all I felt was the cold of death. I was so petrified at that point I bolted out of there. I would never go back in that room since without someone else. I was glad the day we moved out of that house.

In the early 1980's I bought a duplex in a nice neighborhood in south Pittsburg. At the time, I was single and rented out the 3 bedroom side and lived in the 1 bedroom side to help pay the mortgage. My father passed away in May, 1982 and I was alone in the house (no renters) in June 1982.
