I didn't put my real name but when I was a little girl probably about 6 years old I was rushed to the old St. John's hospital emergency room. This hospital was one of two hospitals at the time and the year was about 1970 or 1971.

While there I remember being put into a small metal tub with ice or cold water while nuns in black and white habits walked around in the room. My mother was not there but there were several nuns with the old-skool habits walking around in the large white room.
Needless to say years later I was describing this to my mother and she told me that there were no ''nuns'' in the room. I had a seizure from a very high fever and probably hallucinated. To this day I know there were nuns in that room with me.
They never spoke but walked back and forth praying. I recently spoke with several people who worked at the hospital at that time and they informed me that while nuns did act as nurses in the hospital at times it was uncommon for the nuns to wear habits in patient care environments at that time.
