When I was a kid I lived in a house on the corner of highway 62 and friends st. This must have been 28 or 29 years ago. Apparently this house was an old nursing that had burnt down years before. When we lived there we would hear foot steps in the upstairs chains dragging across the wrap around porch and just a bunch of weird things that could not be explained.
If anyone else has experienced this you should post about it.

The ghost of a mine roams the streets in Soldier, Kansas, with a shovel. Trapped miners died in one of the mine there and now the ghosts roam the streets looking for the bodies. Early 1800s 7 miners died in the area....
