Well this happened in 2010, I was 8 years old... My friend said a person died in the restrooms. She said her 5th grade sister saw a bloody hand peeking out of the bottom. When I moved to 3d grade I had to use the restrooms that the person died in.
Well it's 2013, I moved schools. I am in O'Loughlin Elementary School in Hays. I'm so glad no one said anything about it being haunted! But there is a basement that people say there is a skeleton inside
