Years ago some friends and I were near the Rochester Cemetery late one night and out of nowhere a couple of white German Shepherds (or at least I think that's what they were) run up to us sniffing us, and allowed us to pet them.
I turn my head for just a second to ask my friends where they came from and the dogs had gone; and in the distance you could see what looking like them. Then a white figure stand near them. Was this the Albino Lady of Rochester?.

Maybe 8 years ago I lived on the 3rd (top) floor of an apartment building at 7th and Washburn, and maybe 6 times a month I would be woken up in the middle of the night (around 3 am - sometimes I was still awake) to loud slow footsteps(? ) coming from the ceiling or the buildings attic.
My 4 year-old and I are heavy sleepers, my girlfriend is a very light sleeper and so was her cousin who was staying with us for a while (I've woken them both up before from just making a sandwich) - I'm the only one who ever heard it.
Another incident that happened on occasion while I was sleeping - I would be woken up by a tug on my feet and then hear and kind of feel the vibrations on the floor of a small ''person'' run toward my child's room.
