The summer of 2018 (last year) I was walking through the Wamego Kansas Cemetery. It was very hot that day, very very hot. I was on my second mile, so I decided to head back home. I was walking down the entrance of the cemetery where it meets Walnut Street when I felt like I had walked into an electric field. It was almost like putting your tongue on a battery. All the hair on me stood up, and I had goose bumps all over my body. I've heard about things

like that happening, but this was the first time I ever experienced it for myself. I still walk in the cemetery, though. It's a really beautiful place.

On the small island in the river just west of the bridge is a ghost. Not kidding a real ghost! Sometimes you see a man in 1800s clothing stand there and if you keep looking you will see that he suddenly disappears into nothing.
He has been seen by lots of people myself included. I know he's real and so do most people around here but no one seems to know who he is.
