There was, a long time ago not sure how long though, a story of a young female who fell from the third flight of stairs down to the first story and died. I have not found anything that determines whether she was pushed, or it was suicidal. One thing I know is that I feel a chill in some areas of the building, especially right by the staircase all the way to the third floor.

Me and a couple of friends went to Theorasa bridge one night around 3 am and we were joking around just chilling and then we started saying 'Theorasa we have your baby' and we provoked her by shouting out other things ..
Bad things. And as we were leaving the car shut off, we shined our phone around and we looked out the window and saw a face smudged on it and we couldn't make a face from the inside it was fogged from the outside so we took off but the car didn't start for 10 min. And when it finally did the car would shake enough to make it a little hard to drive, soo we were dumb enough to go to her house and I can't explain what I really saw there because it haunts me to this day. I still hear her cries and see a lot of paranormal activity every where I go. I don't know what she did to us but I regret provoking her. But we still go to ghost sightings just to bring out the truth, so it is real. You just have to go far and deep enough and know how to do it right. Be careful though, don't end up like us ..
