Comment by Nikki: The youngest boy Joseph was killed. So yes, it could be true. The oldest boy Charlie wasn't home, so he survived.

I was a mechanic and when I would go into the upstairs parts room sometimes it would feel as someone was watching and would feel the same in some of the outer parts buildings. Once in 2011 I was waiting for parts and was reading a book when I saw a pair of blue jeans walking past the truck that I was working on.
I saw then take about 5 steps and then disappeared about 8 feet from me. Then about two days later I saw a figure walk through the back of the truck. Later everyone was gone in the area but me and I felt the presence again.
I talked to him and told him that he was dead and he needed to go to the light and go home to his rewards. I never saw or felt him again so I guess he must have taken my advice hopefully he has found peace.
