My name is Morgan and at the time this all happened my mother and my little brother were at the hospital. And I was only 7 but I can still remember it. I was in my mothers room and I was sitting watching scooby-doo and eating popcorn.
My mom had a crib that was in front of the door but you could still see the door. So I was just sitting there watching and then something moved by the door it blacked the light out that was coming from the living room.

The figure was wearing a wide brim hat but it was black all black but you could see it's eyes they were yellow. I looked at it for the longest time until I said ''mom is that you hey mom''. And I got up and walked slowly to the door and I opened the door and the figure flew up to the ceiling.

So a few weeks past and nothing happened but the other time I saw the figure was when I was talking to my grandpa and I was standing outside the door in the middle of the living room and we had a chair that was in front of the kitchen but it was off to the side.
So I was talking to him and I saw something move past the chair so I looked over and saw the same black figure but with red eyes and it was crouching down looking at me. I stared at the figure then I was walking towards it and when I started to it bolted to the laundry room.
And that was the last time I saw the man in the wide brim hat.
