Being homeless you will see things on the street at night that you could not believe . Ghosts, witches, demons. At night I am in the house.

I just move in apt. The same night with light off . My water came on. I said what. Soo I cut off water and bathroom water came on. So I paid attention. Next following night light went off an on. An old lady came through the door. I watch her look around an see if she saw me an she didn't act like she saw me .

She did this for three weeks and she stopped.

A house north of central on Chataqua (500 blk I believe) with half a basement and the stairwell is built like a back room. I stayed downstairs for a few months. It has this energy presence of a grown handicapped boyish man that runs and skips through the stairwell mainly.
He skipped by me through the kitchen off the stairwell and through the dining area off the kitchen. All of these were on separate occasions. I noticed if you simply kept the basement door closed he doesn't run around jump skip or play through the stairwell.
Nothing more had ever came from it or anything bad only different. I always wondered if there was some deeper story to the place that I never took the time to look into. If anyone knows or experienced this it would be awesome to hear.
