Crabby country people. I live on hwy cc just above Blackwell. Yes, it's haunted. They just don't like city folk down this way. But the bridge is public access and so are the two cemeteries. Just use your smarts and don't walk across people's yards.
No reason to be so dang ugly. No one has mentioned someone that moved here in 1798 and haunt the area or the man who murder his parents on Blackwell road a few years back. I've seen and heard and lot of things in this area and so have my neighbors.

What you might be wary of is that Blackwell bridge is place where people get rid of things they don't want the police to find. Everyone down here has shotguns. It's an intense and creepy place.

There's also a haunted train tunnel that an only be accessed by horseback now.

I went to Blackwell I couple weekends ago because we heard it was haunted and we stopped on the bridge, and we heard that if you stop your car won't start until the third try of turning the key. So, we tried and that happened.
And another time I was there and one of my friends unrolled his window and we could hear a little girls voice and then he was slapped, by someone but we couldn't see anything. So, don't tell me that's not haunted.
