I saw a woman standing on the right-hand side of the front porch at the big brick house on Sterling. By the railroad overpass north of 23 Street. She looked to be in her 70 or 80 . But she was grey all grey or white with her hair in a bun on her head and a gramma dress on . But her and the dress all one color.

Tonight I was in the Chicago Title building doing my Friday night cleaning. All was going normal until an employee left, and I took the upstairs trash out. I came in and started to put a new liner in the can when I could hear filing cabinets in the next room about 20 feet away from me screeching open and slamming shut. It was happening repeatedly. By the second time I was on the phone with my supervisor, grabbing my coat and running for the door.

I've heard random banging and what has sounded like a woman moaning in the vents. I came completely unnerved by the cabinets. I made my supervisor stay on the phone with me long enough to shut the lights off and set the alarm. While telling my fiancé about what had happened I cried. When I got home within 10 minutes of the whole ordeal, he said I looked pale. It's been 45 minutes, and my heart is still racing. I'll be going back tomorrow to finish my clean during the day.
I'm curious if anyone knows any history of that building.
