I saw a woman walk through a door on the second floor of 120 East Dunklin Street. I had just reached the second floor landing after climbing the stairs. It was 3 am. I was fumbling for my apartment key and looked up to see the transparent figure of a woman walking through a closed door.
I dismissed the incident as being caused by my lack of sleep. It was not until I read about some other strange happenings at this location that I decided to disclose my encounter.

I have seen the Dunklin St. ghost. I encountered it about 4 am while walking on Dunklin St. between Jefferson St. and the street that runs by central dairy. It approached from the right through a very thin alley between two buildings.
It turned to look at me and vanished. It appeared to be a female between the ages of 20 to 30.
