My dad always said when he was a kid back in the 40s his family lived out on a farm west of Joplin, MO and back then that was way out in the country. Anyway one evening he and his brother were playing in their tree house and down in the valley they saw a couple walking with their backs to them.
The woman wore a long white gown with a wedding train and the male had a black suit with a tall hat. The kids yelled hey, what are you people doing on our

property? The newly-weds turned around and looked at them but they had no faces!! There were just black spots there...

you ask him about it. They about broke the ladder getting down and ran back up to the house.

Yesterday I was watching The Weather Channel and they were showing a program on severe weather and tornados and such. And in Joplin several survivors were interviewed saying that since the tornados had passed there were now ''ghosts'' in their homes.
