I've never heard of any of those incidents but I'm from Mineral Point as well. And I can tell you that evil does exist here. I grew up in Mineral Point and as I grew I noticed more and more of these evil spirits.
One was a tall skeleton apparition about 7 ft all. I witnessed it. My mom was slapped by it and both my friend and little brother witnessed it.

I currently live in Mineral Point, I've lived in the area all my life. Here's some stuff that's gone on here. Unexplained voices and noises, poltergeist activity, things being moved, an evil skeletal apparition use to hang around, shadows moving and more.
