My class and I had gone to the long Banta home for a field trip and I was the only one that could see and hear the things that I did. I heard girls talking; then I saw a white appearance, it was a ghost. I saw it in one of the girls' bedrooms. Nobody else could see or hear anything, but I could.

We snuck out of the house and went for a walk one night, and we walked past ALPS. There was this house called, The Dearing House, and it said below it, 1805. Well we knew it was an old house, and we knew no one lived there. We decided to go in the house, and we walked up the stairs. Then we heard a moaning sound coming from downstairs, so we hurried up and ran down there. No one was there. That was when we thought ''ok there is someone outside. '' We ran out the door and ran a big circle around the house. Still no one. Then we saw it! It was an apparition. It appeared to be very white. It had a face of a man with cuts on his cheek. To this very day, we have no idea what it was.

I have lived in Potosi for all of my life and one day a couple of my friends and I decided to walk around the St. Joachim runnign track my uncle was buried by the trees at the top of the hill. We kept hearing a lot of talking but we thought that it was just our imaginations playing a trick on us we looked over to the exact spot he was buried and saw a shadowy figure standing over it.
