Comment by Damn: My third great grandfather was stationed at the fort in 1864 where Missouri S&T is now. When I worked there someone said in the early mornings he sometimes saw a man walking around the quad with an ''old fashioned hat'' and a ''long stick''. I used to joke it's grandpa still on guard.

And the reverend)... In my truck. I drive a semi across country. Two consecutive deliveries to Rolla: 1) The windows began going up and down by themselves when I got near Rolla! 2nd delivery approx 1 week later... Fists pounding on the back wall of my truck... 4 times.... 4-5 pounds each.... While I was driving down I-44 at 60 mph! I never really believed in the 'spirits' or 'apparitions' without having a personal experience prior to these incidents.
Now? No one on earth can shake my belief in the... 'paranormal'... 'unknown'. I know what I saw... And I know what I heard!.
