I used to live in a house near Centennial Park that was haunted. It was a one story house near the basket ball courts. It had a brick entry way. Anyway while I lived there I experienced an ominous feeing from the back room.
I was mysteriously awoken in the early morning everday. This began to grow in intensity. After a household argument I was the only one in the house in a blinding thunderstorm the lightning flashed and I saw the silhouette of 3 people that I presumed to be shadow people.

We have since moved and do not know the present state ofthe house.

I know of the house Jackie you are referring to as a former police officer for the city of Sedalia I remember the night we were called to this home for unexplained footsteps upstairs, and walking on the residents wood stairs we also all had experienced a cold factor in the home and flashes of lights in the home....
Three of us officers were called to this home one winter night of February 16 2008 and had experienced the phenomenon of spirits in the home. This home is located east of town by the Union Pacific railroad the owners had tried to sell this home but cannot due to the fact it is truly haunted that night we had heard glen Miller's band playing older music which appeared to have came from the 1940's we could not locate the source of the music except for it coming from the upstairs we had searched the home, and could not locate any evidence of any radios playing or records being played as it faded in and out at a muffled low key.
This family also knew of a death in an auto accident they had forewarned me to not go to Springfield Missouri as planned in may 2008 the date they had forewarned me not to go was on may 11 2008 they said the house had a voice that a Dottie was going to be sheltered in the arms of god near Springfield Missouri and do not travel on this particular date near this area...
