It was the only unit with steel motion sensor toilets. Staff and other peers were constantly creeped out when they flushed and nobody was in the bathroom. One time all students and staff were in the group room when we heard several flush at once and a horrible female moan come from the bathroom.
There are definitely a lot of ghosts there.

I worked on the Tarkio College property when it was a youth treatment facility and can recall these experiences:
1) Rankin Hall. I was on the third floor, fetching some files, and the door to the room closed on me. There were no windows open and I was the only person up there because it was after business hours.
