Theodosia, MO has ghosts and unsettled spirits. Restless spirits. I have seen an old fisherman out by the waters. I have witnessed a woman in white robe with a baby as to protect and walk in the woods. The full moon seems to wake the dead.

I think I saw one because I was riding the bus one day and I saw this thing, it look liked a girl wearing a red shirt with a white tagtop and long pants in the corner. Then when I looked again it was gone. It was by the water she was by the bridge and I guess I am crazy because no one else saw it.
